Troy Williams

Troy brings architecture, development, construction, property management, international operations and business-scaling experience to the Three Bulls platform.
Troy has been shaping spaces and building ventures across the globe since 1997. His multidisciplinary background spans development, architecture, construction management, real estate investment and property management.
He lived and worked in London, Rome, Singapore, Japan and China, where he spent 17 years. He founded a Shanghai architecture firm that designed, developed and delivered more than one million square feet of residential, retail and hospitality space for clients including Coca-Cola, Westin, Hines and Ritz-Carlton.
After the firm was acquired by Ashley Furniture, Troy led real estate expansion, design and operations as Director of Store Operations—China, helping grow the business from 10 stores to 250 in four years. He later joined WeWork China as Regional Head of Enterprise Services.
Michael Liss

Michael combines a fourth-generation real estate background with more than 25 years of investing, cross-border finance and community leadership experience.
Michael began his career in residential real estate in 1989 and purchased his first single-family rental home in Atlanta at age 27. Over more than 25 years, he has acquired, developed and managed single-family rental and commercial real estate.
Before co-founding Three Bulls Capital, Michael served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Americas Desk at HSBC in China, where he led cross-border Americas–China growth strategy.
He has also served as a Practitioner in Residence at the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business, is a Distinguished Alumni Ambassador for Georgia Tech's Global Executive MBA Program, and serves on the Gordon State College Board of Trustees.
