In 2002, I completed my first full renovation in East Atlanta Village. The before-and-after results were striking; a neglected home became a desirable, functional property with renewed value. That project, and many that followed, showed me how targeted property investment can change not only a structure but also the economic momentum of an entire neighborhood.

But that first full renovation came with an unforgettable twist. On the day I met the real estate agent to discuss listing the home, a neighborhood gunfight erupted. We ducked behind a dumpster to avoid stray bullets. Back then, East Atlanta Village was a very different place…. full of potential, but still rough around the edges.

My journey started long before that day. In 1989, I began learning the nuts and bolts of residential real estate alongside my father in Grant Park, Atlanta. Those early years built the foundation for what is now Three Bulls Capital a company driven by the belief that hard work, vision, and disciplined execution can turn overlooked properties into valuable community assets.
