Three Bull’s niche milltown revitalization strategy is the culmination of Three Bulls leadership team's decades of experience and validated strategies revitalizing urban communities walkable to downtown areas and key commercial nodes. The fund will invest in residential & small multifamily real estate with priority on total returns. Three Bulls will carefully curate a basket of highly clustered investments in the Southeast USA. Our tested hub-and-spoke vertically integrated delivery asset/property management/construction model will continue as we apply our value-added improvements to the homes to meet workforce housing demands in the communities we serve.
